(EIB)
EIB is the financial institution of the EU. The priorities are to promote the balanced economic development and integration policy of the EU.
Funding opportunities:
32 billion Euros
Loans:
Individual loans directly accessible are given for large-scale projects.
Global loans, managed by financial intermediaries, are given for small and medium-scale projects.
Venture capital funds: Numerous European investment funds benefit from EIB funds to acquire interest within innovative SMEs.

(EIF)
Objective:
The EIF's objective is to support small innovative companies, communication and large infractruture projects (transport and energy)

Guarantees: the Fund provides guarantees directly available for over 5 billion Euros
Investment funds: 200 billion Euros for venture capital projects are given through intermediaries.

European Bank of Reconstruction and Development(EBRD)
Objective:
To support the development of the SMEs in Central and Eastern Europe.
Funding opportunities:
2.2 billion Euros!
Equity financing and loans are distributed by the EBRD directly and indirectly through financial intermediaries, such as banks and venture capital funds.

Objective: Intergovernmental organisation, the COE represents 41 European States Members. The priorities of the Council are to seek solutions to problems and issues facing the European society (Human rights, Culture, Education, Health, Environment, Drugs
)
Funding opportunities: COE distributes grants to youth projects and also to different parts of the film industry, particularly with the EURIMAGES programme.

The EDF is the LOME Convention principal financing instrument. The objective is to support the economic and social development in 70 States of the African-Caribbean-Pacific Zone.
