| EuroCV is a non-profit project aimed at supporting job searching. It allows users to create and keep online CVs up to date for free and with no advertising. One of the project's priorities is to improve the 'weakest link’ in the job search chain.
Many CV publishing agencies offering a similar service often require payment before all the details are displayed. CVs are frequently flooded by banners of the sponsors wishing to advertise their products. Furthermore, these agencies do not offer EU officially accepted CV formats.
EuroCV aims to advertise CVs within a chosen field. EuroCV helps its users create a CV in the European format, matched by a relevant resume, reference letters, attached documents, contacts and several other services. All of this is achieved by using a simple code called P.A.C. (Public Access Code), which allows users to send their CVs to chosen companies. Sending a P.A.C. by e-mail is much easier than sending a Word document, which needs constant updating.
Promoting yourself using EuroCV is free for you and the companies that visit the website. Companies can download your CV, which is always up-to-date.
No ads are displayed on the website or on your personal CV pages. Our users’ details are protected by a control panel. Our service also offers the following functions to those who upload their CVs:

The United Nations Association of Albania (UNAA), which has been functioning since 2002 as the “Albanian Youth Model for United Nations”, was officially established as a national and non-governmental organization in June 2004. The UNAA became a formal member of World Federation of United Nations Associations (WFUNA) in September 2004 and acts, since then, as a national branch of this umbrella organization.
The UNAA mission is to build and mobilize public support/contribution for promoting United Nations goals and objectives in Albania. In order to achieve this very mission, the UNAA actively engages in launching a systematic and nation-wide campaign to elevate the public awareness in general, and those of the target groups in particular, of the United Nations goals and objectives in Albania. Within the context of this two track strategy, elevating the level of knowledge and understanding of the youth in Albania of the UN Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) and drawing their active support and contribution towards the accomplishment those very Goals, constitutes one of the major priorities of UNAA.

| Moldova Social Investment Fund (MSIF) is a Government of the Republic of Moldova project, created with the support of the World Bank aiming at contributing to EGPRSP implementation by empowering poor communities and their institutions to manage their priority development needs.
The main factors contributing to the elaboration and development of this project were not only the social-economical decline during last several years, the reduction of life quality indicators and impoverishment of a considerable part of the population, particularly in the rural area and small towns, but also the decrease of moral spirit and of the level of population’s implication in the process of community medium changes.
In the context of development policies and strategies of Moldova, the Social Investment Fund is considered to be an efficient mechanism for changing of community population’s attitudes and behavior, for social activism increase, for community’s solidarity spirit increase and for life quality increase in poor population and in vulnerable groups by increasing the access to improved social services.
The target groups of Project’s beneficiaries consist of the poor population from deprived rural communities and small towns, and persons in difficulty, as well as orphans, persons with disabilities, those affected by human traffic, HIV/AIDS etc. The Social Investment Fund contributes to these groups’ organizational capacity development and to an increase in the sense of responsibility for everything that happens in the community by means of their direct involvement in the process of their stringent needs identification and in the subprojects proposals implementation and sustainability maintenance.
Promoting the social partnership development at the community level and the participatory elaboration of strategic plans for community social-economical development, MSIF supports the objectives of the local public reform and contributes to capacity building of the institutions from the community, to provision of respect for participation and transparency principles, and as a result to a sustainable community development.
In order to achieve this goal, the MSIF funds demand-driven microprojects through providing grants to communities. Proposals for microproject funding may be generated by communities or by community level organizations on behalf of communities, such as Beneficiary Associations, Parents or Farmer Associations, newly created Implementing Agencies and other informal groups as well as local NGOs and local government. Communities' applications request rehabilitation of the social and economic infrastructure, including delivery of improved primary education programs and health protection services.
The Expected Results (outputs) to be achieved by the project are:
(i) Rehabilitated infrastructure facilities in rural areas, such as schools, community health posts, local water and sanitation facilities, that will have an immediate impact on the improvement of living conditions of the poor;
(ii) Improved capacities of MSIF participants: trained communities, capable to organize and sustain services; empowered local government (primaria), capable to manage divested social assets; contractors capable of competing and executing contracts under market conditions; MSIF associates, local consultants, local NGOs etc. have acquired organizational skills and MSIF staff has acquired improved skills;
(iii) Improved early child education in targeted communities;
(iv) Improved health services through special health programs implemented in targeted communities;
(v) Temporary jobs created through financing labor intensive civil works;
(vi) Less children at risk of institutionalization. |

The Training Partnership Biography for ECOTEC Thematic Groups
The Training Partnership has been established for nearly 13 years and was originally formed for the purpose of improving standards relevant to all aspects of European Work Experience Mobility Training and Development programmes. During the last 12 years we have received an average of 400 EU students a year, students are found appropriate and career targeted work placements in all sectors of work. We work with over 60 Educational Establishments throughout Europe and have an excellent reputation for providing a professional quality, caring service to our EU Partners.
We also provide Language Training and Continuing International Professional Development Programmes for Educators and Trainers. One of our most recently developed programmes is entitled "Young Entrepreneurs" aimed at 18 years plus this is a motivational course encouraging young people to consider opening their own businesses at some stage in the future. This programme also gives an insight into the responsibility of running a business and the value of undertaking a SWOT analysis prior to preparing a business plan.
We have also been involved in Pilot Projects and in conjunction with Pilot Project Partners have assisted in the development of new resources to be used by the Training and Development industry.
We are full voting members of WYSTC (formerly GWEA Global Work Experience Association) and WYSE (World Youth and Student Education) Work Abroad Programmes and attend and contribute to at least 2 international meetings a year. The Training Partnership is frequently asked by the International Language Travel and Work Wise publications to contribute to articles and give our opinion regarding trends within the industry.
The Training Partnership's Educational Advisors Jayne Stroud and Jackie Bufton - are fully qualified in aspects of Training and Development for example: Working with Trade Unions – Jackie worked for the LSN as a consultant to the Union for a Whole Organisational Approach to the Embedding of Skills for Life in Teaching and Learning (3 year project), and specifically looking at embedding into ICT delivery. In addition developed an online course for their own Union Reps – the course was for a qualification relating to supporting Adult Learners in Literacy and Numeracy – this course has been running now for 2 years.
Jayne has worked in Training and Development for 20 years and has designed written and implemented programmes specifically aimed at the Vocational Training Sectors. Jayne was one of the first in the UK to design and run an inhouse pilot programme for The Rathbone Society
targeted at getting the unemployed back to work
We are committed to improving standards within the industry and adopting methods of good practice - we invest in training our own members of staff and we continuously strive to provide our EU Partners with programmes that give added value to their projects.
What (if any) has been your involvement in Lifelong Learning Programme/EU projects?
The Training Partnership has worked with Leonardo da Vinci EU programmes for the last 13 years and have hosted in excess of 5000 funded European Mobility Students. We have designed and developed with other EU Partners several training resources: JUST one example is an on line training programme for the book and media industry consisting of a CD ROM - TEACHERS TRAINING MANUAL - STUDENT HANDBOOK ETC. We have recently participated in a Partnership Project which involves the research and the design of a Call Centre Training Programme specifically for physically challenged sector of society.

Many CV publishing agencies offering a similar service often require payment before all the details are displayed. CVs are frequently flooded by banners of the sponsors wishing to advertise their products. Furthermore, these agencies do not offer EU officially accepted CV formats.
EuroCV aims to advertise CVs within a chosen field. | Moldova Social Investment Fund (MSIF) is a Government of the Republic of Moldova project, created with the support of the World Bank aiming at contributing to EGPRSP implementation by empowering poor communities and their institutions to manage their priority development needs.
The main factors contributing to the elaboration and development of this project were not only the social-economical decline during last several years, the reduction of life quality indicators and impoverishment of a considerable part of the population, particularly in the rural area and small towns, but also the decrease of moral spirit and of the level of population’s implication in the process of community medium changes.
In the context of development policies and strategies of Moldova, the Social Investment Fund is considered to be an efficient mechanism for changing of community population’s attitudes and behavior, for social activism increase, for community’s solidarity spirit increase and for life quality increase in poor population and in vulnerable groups by increasing the access to improved social services.
The target groups of Project’s beneficiaries consist of the poor population from deprived rural communities and small towns, and persons in difficulty, as well as orphans, persons with disabilities, those affected by human traffic, HIV/AIDS etc. The Social Investment Fund contributes to these groups’ organizational capacity development and to an increase in the sense of responsibility for everything that happens in the community by means of their direct involvement in the process of their stringent needs identification and in the subprojects proposals implementation and sustainability maintenance.
Promoting the social partnership development at the community level and the participatory elaboration of strategic plans for community social-economical development, MSIF supports the objectives of the local public reform and contributes to capacity building of the institutions from the community, to provision of respect for participation and transparency principles, and as a result to a sustainable community development.
In order to achieve this goal, the MSIF funds demand-driven microprojects through providing grants to communities. Proposals for microproject funding may be generated by communities or by community level organizations on behalf of communities, such as Beneficiary Associations, Parents or Farmer Associations, newly created Implementing Agencies and other informal groups as well as local NGOs and local government. Communities' applications request rehabilitation of the social and economic infrastructure, including delivery of improved primary education programs and health protection services.
The Expected Results (outputs) to be achieved by the project are:
(i) Rehabilitated infrastructure facilities in rural areas, such as schools, community health posts, local water and sanitation facilities, that will have an immediate impact on the improvement of living conditions of the poor;
(ii) Improved capacities of MSIF participants: trained communities, capable to organize and sustain services; empowered local government (primaria), capable to manage divested social assets; contractors capable of competing and executing contracts under market conditions; MSIF associates, local consultants, local NGOs etc. have acquired organizational skills and MSIF staff has acquired improved skills;
(iii) Improved early child education in targeted communities;
(iv) Improved health services through special health programs implemented in targeted communities;
(v) Temporary jobs created through financing labor intensive civil works;
(vi) Less children at risk of institutionalization. |

The Training Partnership Biography for ECOTEC Thematic Groups
The Training Partnership has been established for nearly 13 years and was originally formed for the purpose of improving standards relevant to all aspects of European Work Experience Mobility Training and Development programmes. During the last 12 years we have received an average of 400 EU students a year, students are found appropriate and career targeted work placements in all sectors of work. We work with over 60 Educational Establishments throughout Europe and have an excellent reputation for providing a professional quality, caring service to our EU Partners.
We also provide Language Training and Continuing International Professional Development Programmes for Educators and Trainers. One of our most recently developed programmes is entitled "Young Entrepreneurs" aimed at 18 years plus this is a motivational course encouraging young people to consider opening their own businesses at some stage in the future. This programme also gives an insight into the responsibility of running a business and the value of undertaking a SWOT analysis prior to preparing a business plan.
We have also been involved in Pilot Projects and in conjunction with Pilot Project Partners have assisted in the development of new resources to be used by the Training and Development industry.
We are full voting members of WYSTC (formerly GWEA Global Work Experience Association) and WYSE (World Youth and Student Education) Work Abroad Programmes and attend and contribute to at least 2 international meetings a year. The Training Partnership is frequently asked by the International Language Travel and Work Wise publications to contribute to articles and give our opinion regarding trends within the industry.
The Training Partnership's Educational Advisors Jayne Stroud and Jackie Bufton - are fully qualified in aspects of Training and Development for example: Working with Trade Unions – Jackie worked for the LSN as a consultant to the Union for a Whole Organisational Approach to the Embedding of Skills for Life in Teaching and Learning (3 year project), and specifically looking at embedding into ICT delivery. In addition developed an online course for their own Union Reps – the course was for a qualification relating to supporting Adult Learners in Literacy and Numeracy – this course has been running now for 2 years.
Jayne has worked in Training and Development for 20 years and has designed written and implemented programmes specifically aimed at the Vocational Training Sectors. Jayne was one of the first in the UK to design and run an inhouse pilot programme for The Rathbone Society
targeted at getting the unemployed back to work
We are committed to improving standards within the industry and adopting methods of good practice - we invest in training our own members of staff and we continuously strive to provide our EU Partners with programmes that give added value to their projects.

The Training Partnership has worked with Leonardo da Vinci EU programmes for the last 13 years and have hosted in excess of 5000 funded European Mobility Students. We have designed and developed with other EU Partners several training resources: JUST one example is an on line training programme for the book and media industry consisting of a CD ROM - TEACHERS TRAINING MANUAL - STUDENT HANDBOOK ETC. We have recently participated in a Partnership Project which involves the research and the design of a Call Centre Training Programme specifically for physically challenged sector of society.

The main factors contributing to the elaboration and development of this project were not only the social-economical decline during last several years, the reduction of life quality indicators and impoverishment of a considerable part of the population, particularly in the rural area and small towns, but also the decrease of moral spirit and of the level of population’s implication in the process of community medium changes.
In the context of development policies and strategies of Moldova, the Social Investment Fund is considered to be an efficient mechanism for changing of community population’s attitudes and behavior, for social activism increase, for community’s solidarity spirit increase and for life quality increase in poor population and in vulnerable groups by increasing the access to improved social services.
The target groups of Project’s beneficiaries consist of the poor population from deprived rural communities and small towns, and persons in difficulty, as well as orphans, persons with disabilities, those affected by human traffic, HIV/AIDS etc. The Social Investment Fund contributes to these groups’ organizational capacity development and to an increase in the sense of responsibility for everything that happens in the community by means of their direct involvement in the process of their stringent needs identification and in the subprojects proposals implementation and sustainability maintenance.
Promoting the social partnership development at the community level and the participatory elaboration of strategic plans for community social-economical development, MSIF supports the objectives of the local public reform and contributes to capacity building of the institutions from the community, to provision of respect for participation and transparency principles, and as a result to a sustainable community development.
In order to achieve this goal, the MSIF funds demand-driven microprojects through providing grants to communities. Proposals for microproject funding may be generated by communities or by community level organizations on behalf of communities, such as Beneficiary Associations, Parents or Farmer Associations, newly created Implementing Agencies and other informal groups as well as local NGOs and local government. Communities' applications request rehabilitation of the social and economic infrastructure, including delivery of improved primary education programs and health protection services.
The Expected Results (outputs) to be achieved by the project are:
(i) Rehabilitated infrastructure facilities in rural areas, such as schools, community health posts, local water and sanitation facilities, that will have an immediate impact on the improvement of living conditions of the poor;
(ii) Improved capacities of MSIF participants: trained communities, capable to organize and sustain services; empowered local government (primaria), capable to manage divested social assets; contractors capable of competing and executing contracts under market conditions; MSIF associates, local consultants, local NGOs etc. have acquired organizational skills and MSIF staff has acquired improved skills;
(iii) Improved early child education in targeted communities;
(iv) Improved health services through special health programs implemented in targeted communities;
(v) Temporary jobs created through financing labor intensive civil works;
(vi) Less children at risk of institutionalization. |

In the context of development policies and strategies of Moldova, the Social Investment Fund is considered to be an efficient mechanism for changing of community population’s attitudes and behavior, for social activism increase, for community’s solidarity spirit increase and for life quality increase in poor population and in vulnerable groups by increasing the access to improved social services.
The target groups of Project’s beneficiaries consist of the poor population from deprived rural communities and small towns, and persons in difficulty, as well as orphans, persons with disabilities, those affected by human traffic, HIV/AIDS etc. The Social Investment Fund contributes to these groups’ organizational capacity development and to an increase in the sense of responsibility for everything that happens in the community by means of their direct involvement in the process of their stringent needs identification and in the subprojects proposals implementation and sustainability maintenance.
Promoting the social partnership development at the community level and the participatory elaboration of strategic plans for community social-economical development, MSIF supports the objectives of the local public reform and contributes to capacity building of the institutions from the community, to provision of respect for participation and transparency principles, and as a result to a sustainable community development.
In order to achieve this goal, the MSIF funds demand-driven microprojects through providing grants to communities. Proposals for microproject funding may be generated by communities or by community level organizations on behalf of communities, such as Beneficiary Associations, Parents or Farmer Associations, newly created Implementing Agencies and other informal groups as well as local NGOs and local government. Communities' applications request rehabilitation of the social and economic infrastructure, including delivery of improved primary education programs and health protection services.
The Expected Results (outputs) to be achieved by the project are:
(i) Rehabilitated infrastructure facilities in rural areas, such as schools, community health posts, local water and sanitation facilities, that will have an immediate impact on the improvement of living conditions of the poor;
(ii) Improved capacities of MSIF participants: trained communities, capable to organize and sustain services; empowered local government (primaria), capable to manage divested social assets; contractors capable of competing and executing contracts under market conditions; MSIF associates, local consultants, local NGOs etc. have acquired organizational skills and MSIF staff has acquired improved skills;
(iii) Improved early child education in targeted communities;
(iv) Improved health services through special health programs implemented in targeted communities;
(v) Temporary jobs created through financing labor intensive civil works;
(vi) Less children at risk of institutionalization. |

The main factors contributing to the elaboration and development of this project were not only the social-economical decline during last several years, the reduction of life quality indicators and impoverishment of a considerable part of the population, particularly in the rural area and small towns, but also the decrease of moral spirit and of the level of population’s implication in the process of community medium changes.
In the context of development policies and strategies of Moldova, the Social Investment Fund is considered to be an efficient mechanism for changing of community population’s attitudes and behavior, for social activism increase, for community’s solidarity spirit increase and for life quality increase in poor population and in vulnerable groups by increasing the access to improved social services.
The target groups of Project’s beneficiaries consist of the poor population from deprived rural communities and small towns, and persons in difficulty, as well as orphans, persons with disabilities, those affected by human traffic, HIV/AIDS etc. The Social Investment Fund contributes to these groups’ organizational capacity development and to an increase in the sense of responsibility for everything that happens in the community by means of their direct involvement in the process of their stringent needs identification and in the subprojects proposals implementation and sustainability maintenance.
Promoting the social partnership development at the community level and the participatory elaboration of strategic plans for community social-economical development, MSIF supports the objectives of the local public reform and contributes to capacity building of the institutions from the community, to provision of respect for participation and transparency principles, and as a result to a sustainable community development.
In order to achieve this goal, the MSIF funds demand-driven microprojects through providing grants to communities. Proposals for microproject funding may be generated by communities or by community level organizations on behalf of communities, such as Beneficiary Associations, Parents or Farmer Associations, newly created Implementing Agencies and other informal groups as well as local NGOs and local government. Communities' applications request rehabilitation of the social and economic infrastructure, including delivery of improved primary education programs and health protection services.
The Expected Results (outputs) to be achieved by the project are:
(i) Rehabilitated infrastructure facilities in rural areas, such as schools, community health posts, local water and sanitation facilities, that will have an immediate impact on the improvement of living conditions of the poor;
(ii) Improved capacities of MSIF participants: trained communities, capable to organize and sustain services; empowered local government (primaria), capable to manage divested social assets; contractors capable of competing and executing contracts under market conditions; MSIF associates, local consultants, local NGOs etc. have acquired organizational skills and MSIF staff has acquired improved skills;

The Training Partnership Biography for ECOTEC Thematic Groups
The Training Partnership has been established for nearly 13 years and was originally formed for the purpose of improving standards relevant to all aspects of European Work Experience Mobility Training and Development programmes. During the last 12 years we have received an average of 400 EU students a year, students are found appropriate and career targeted work placements in all sectors of work. We work with over 60 Educational Establishments throughout Europe and have an excellent reputation for providing a professional quality, caring service to our EU Partners.
We also provide Language Training and Continuing International Professional Development Programmes for Educators and Trainers. One of our most recently developed programmes is entitled "Young Entrepreneurs" aimed at 18 years plus this is a motivational course encouraging young people to consider opening their own businesses at some stage in the future. This programme also gives an insight into the responsibility of running a business and the value of undertaking a SWOT analysis prior to preparing a business plan.
We have also been involved in Pilot Projects and in conjunction with Pilot Project Partners have assisted in the development of new resources to be used by the Training and Development industry.
We are full voting members of WYSTC (formerly GWEA Global Work Experience Association) and WYSE (World Youth and Student Education) Work Abroad Programmes and attend and contribute to at least 2 international meetings a year. In addition developed an online course for their own Union Reps – the course was for a qualification relating to supporting Adult Learners in Literacy and Numeracy – this course has been running now for 2 years.
Jayne has worked in Training and Development for 20 years and has designed written and implemented programmes specifically aimed at the Vocational Training Sectors. Jayne was one of the first in the UK to design and run an inhouse pilot programme for The Rathbone Society

We are committed to improving standards within the industry and adopting methods of good practice - we invest in training our own members of staff and we continuously strive to provide our EU Partners with programmes that give added value to their projects.
What (if any) has been your involvement in Lifelong Learning Programme/EU projects?
The Training Partnership has worked with Leonardo da Vinci EU programmes for the last 13 years and have hosted in excess of 5000 funded European Mobility Students. We have designed and developed with other EU Partners several training resources: JUST one example is an on line training programme for the book and media industry consisting of a CD ROM - TEACHERS TRAINING MANUAL - STUDENT HANDBOOK ETC. We have recently participated in a Partnership Project which involves the research and the design of a Call Centre Training Programme specifically for physically challenged sector of society.

The United Nations Association of Albania (UNAA), which has been functioning since 2002 as the “Albanian Youth Model for United Nations”, was officially established as a national and non-governmental organization in June 2004. The UNAA became a formal member of World Federation of United Nations Associations (WFUNA) in September 2004 and acts, since then, as a national branch of this umbrella organization.
The UNAA mission is to build and mobilize public support/contribution for promoting United Nations goals and objectives in Albania. In order to achieve this very mission, the UNAA actively engages in launching a systematic and nation-wide campaign to elevate the public awareness in general, and those of the target groups in particular, of the United Nations goals and objectives in Albania. Within the context of this two track strategy, elevating the level of knowledge and understanding of the youth in Albania of the UN Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) and drawing their active support and contribution towards the accomplishment those very Goals, constitutes one of the major priorities of UNAA.
