What is Welcomeurope?

Founded in 2000, Welcomeurope constitutes a multicultural team altogether with the 3 founders of French and Dutch nationalities.

For more than 20 years, the founders of Welcomeurope have devoted themselves to react to the challenges alloted by European integration. Dynamic and passionnate, the team they manage is willing to support professional actors in their development by offering services and tools fitting everyone's needs

Welcomeurope has developed 3 fields of expertise. :

SUPPORT-ADVICE

Welcomeurope assists professionals in developing strategies and operational methods to :

• have access to European funding which can be a way to diversify and increase their resources;
• anticipate and optimise opportunities given by the European community network..
• Establish network operators and counterparts all around Europe ;
• Develop institutional relation networks on European community level so as to gain in credibility and visibility in the institutional environment. ;

Welcomeurope is also regularly beseeched for public procurement to support local authorities and ministries in their reflexion and assist them in the implementation of their financing adjustment.

Training

Welcomeurope designs and hosts a large number of training sessions: our team transfers its know-how and practices especially on:

• direct access to European funds
• Funds for external cooperation and neighbouring countries of the EU
• European funds available in regions, structural funds
• Budget drafting of projects
• Building up partnership networks

On top of the 60 sessions offered by Welcomeurope every year in Paris and Brussels, the team conceives and holds tailor-made sessions for various organisations across Europe. In all, more than 140 training sessions are held annually over 25 countries.

INFORMATION-MONITORING

Welcomeurope assure un rôle unique en matière de veille sur les programmes.
Eurofunding est depuis sa création le service d’information le plus complet le plus utilisé en Europe par les organisations publiques et privées pour faciliter leur accès aux financements :

• 450 European programmes summarised and constinously updated;
• Personal alert system to answer calls for proposals/tenders;
• a practical and experienced methodology...

Our team

The permanent team further relies on two IT administrators for continuous development of its website and 2 interns in political science. Under specific missions, Welcomeurope relies on strong partners of whom it guarantees the expertise and know-how:
