What is the direct access EU funds?
European funds direct access are also called "community action programs. " These funds granted by the European Commission to project local, national or regional level without any intermediary. Outside major programs Famous (Socrates, Life, Leonardo, etc..) approximately 350 programs are managed by different DGs of the Commission. For each of these programs, calls for proposals are launched.
