How to identify the opportunities that are offered to you?
The commission has several instruments to achieve its policies. - Financial instrument : over 350 funding programmes, structural funds programme for regional development, European development fund (EDF), loan and guarantees - Political instrument (action plans, white papers, green papers, communications, recommendations) - Legislative instruments (directives, rules, decisions). Via each of those instruments, it is possible to establish a working relationship with the European Institutions.
