Abstract
The call aims at enhancing mutual understanding between the peoples of the European Union and partner countries by acquiring a better knowledge of their languages, their cultures and their institutions and enhancing the quality of higher education and training by encouraging balanced partnerships between higher education and training in the EU and partner countries.
