Zrozumienie funkcojnowania programów dotacyjnych z zakresu pomocy zewnętrznej, zapoznanie technik koncepcji oraz formalizacji projektu, identyfikowanie odpowiedniego programu w zależności od lokalizacji partnera z poza granic UE oraz zrozumienie priorytetów Komisji Europejskie w tym zakresie.Objectives:
