Identifying your partners and formalizing an agreement. With a Lawyer, Member of the Paris Bar For all projects leaders, Legal departments, departments in charge of projects implementations.

Why this training?

-for mastering the specific tools and the proper methodology necessary to a sound management of the partnership -because Lead partner and partners have to understand the legal components of a partnership / consortium agreement

Topics included:

Identifying, building up, managing the partnership, elaborating the partnership / consortium agreement.

Objectives:

Identifying your partners and gather them on a joint project, elaborating the principles and management / information tools of your partnership, understanding the legal components of a partnership / consortium agreement.

650,00 euros VAT excluded (instead of 800 € for any registration until May 25, 2012), including the participation to the 1-day training session, the training handbook, the lunch and coffee breaks.
