To understand the functioning of new EU external aid programmes for 2007-2013, to understand how to fill in the logical framework matrix and the application file.Objectives:
External cooperation funding programmes for the ACP countries (European Development Fund - EDF), the Mediterranean countries, the New Independant States, Russia and Southern Caucasus (European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument - ENPI), the potential and official candidate countries (Instrument for Pre Accession - IPA), Asia, Latin America, Middle East (Development Cooperation instrument - DCI) and the thematic programmes (Democracy and human rights, Food security, etc.)Price:
