As regards financial allocations, IPA will provide a total amount of 11.468 million euros over the 2007-2013 period.Topics included:
To understand the programming process, the identification of the relevant programme and interlocutor, the IPA five components (transition assistance and institution building; cross-border cooperation; regional development; human resources development; and rural development) and their availability according to the country status, the call for proposals functioning, the method and good practices to be followed to design a good application, to build the logical framework matrix and the budget.Objectives:
