Our Welcomeurope trainers
Gwenaëlle RADOSEVIC Consultant , Consultant
Gwenaëlle joined Welcomeurope in 2006 as head of the monitoring and analysis department. Her activity is centred on the implementation of the new structural funds and state aids. She draws up studies and training sessions, for project leaders as well as managing and monitoring authorities such as the Diact or Cnasea. She has a Master degree in European law (Rennes 1) and a MBA (IAE Paris Panthéon Sorbonne). Innovation, sustainable development and employment: she is involved, beside the consulting activities, in the follow up of funding opportunities. Gwenaëlle has drawn up methodologies and written guides on the structural funds in France for local authorities, civil society actors and companies, and is writing monthly political and juridical articles for European actors (CDC – Caisse des Dépôts, CNCE – Caisse nationale des Caisse d'Epargne, EDF, Territorial-Courrier des maires).
Valérie BUISINE Deputy Manager , Deputy Manager
Valérie BUISINE, following an academic background in Community affairs, joined the Welcomeurope team in 2001 and is now hDeputy Manager. Since 2003, Valérie has devoted her activities to project development and the formalization of applications for European subsidies (Structural Funds and Community action programmes). Being a State aid expert, Valérie ensures optimal fi nancial management for project leaders.
Mireille van der GRAAF Consultancy Director , Consultancy Director
Mireille is a co-founder of Welcomeurope and has been actively involved in the evaluation of European policies and programmes since 1993. She is the editorial manager of the Eurofunding tools and has a unique knowledge of all the programmes of the European Commission. She has a Master's Degree in European Studies from the University of Amsterdam as well as another Master's Degree from the Institut Europeen des Hautes Etudes Internationales.
Sophie LE GRAND Consultant , Consultant
Sophie LE GRAND took a European project Professional Master’s degree at the University of Cergy-Pontoise, which gave her sound skills in the setting up of European projects. Sophie, who has run the Monitoring and Information Department at Welcomeurope and led edition of Eurofunding Guides, has a unique expertise in all the various aspects of European Commission funding and structural funds..
Lena MOREL Consultant , Consultant
Lena MOREL. After studying Political Science both in France and Germany, Lena focused on Franco-German relations and European affairs. She has developed, throughout her professional experience, expertise in European institutions and public policies. She joined Welcomeurope to support professionals in identifying building grants application She also runs training sessions where she imparts her know-how acquired in fieldwork with national and European public actors.
Malgorzata HISZKA Office Manager Poland , Office Manager Poland
Malgorzata is a Head of the Training Department, specialist of European policies, strategies and partnerships. Fascinated by European issues, she manifests of a great personal interest for the European construction by her involvement to European environment. She has a Master2 in European economics and a diploma in European law. She always has been active in European market developments and benchmarks since very young age. She had an experience at the European Parliament and at the Council of Europe. Since 2004, she acquired a unique expertise in EU funds, thanks to her position within the European affairs department of the French Ministry.
Samuel DEMEULEMEESTER Consultant , Consultant
Samuel DEMEULEMEESTER. Graduate of the Institute of Political Science of Lyon (European section) and holder of a Master’s degree in Local development from the University of Lille, Samuel acquired a sound knowledge both of Community policies at the European level and of their implementation at a local level. He has produced assessments of programmes implemented by local authorities and public institutions both in France and in the United Kingdom.
Lorraine de BOUCHONY CEO , CEO
Lorraine is a co-founder of Welcomeurope where she developed the consulting side of the business. She heads strategy guidance missions for companies and public organisations and has developed a unique expertise in assisting professionals in positioning themselves within the institutional mechanisms. She has a diploma from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Paris and is an expert in European Geopolitics. She had an experience in the Secretariat General of The European Commission that made her understand the need to facilitate the dialogue between the institutions and professionals on the ground. She has been member of TEAM EUROPE, network of speakers initiated by the European Commission
