Achieving Growth through Strategic Innovation
This is the second international conference jointly organised by MIT-ILP (Massachussets Institute of Technology - Industrial Liaison Program) and Agoria (Federation for the technology industry in Belgium) on effective innovation mechanisms and visions of innovative companies. Day two will have a specific focus on innovation in the energy sector and ICT-enabled healthcare. The conference provides one of the few occasions in Europe to meet and network with leading MIT faculty members. The program will stimulate discussion and seek to answer: * How can firms think strategically about global product development? * What are best practices in innovation and corporate renewal? * How can government, universities and industry collaborate to innovate? * What is the relationship between entrepreneurship and innovation? * Which is the better “business model”: products, services or something in between? * How will the promise of new materials help meet future energy challenges? * What comes after the digital revolution? * What is the future of IT-enabled healthcare?
