Information day on the FP7 NMP calls

An Information day on the Seventh Framework Programme (FP7) Nanosciences, Nanotechnologies, Materials and new Production Technologies (NMP) calls' will take place on 9 September 2010 in Brussels, Belgium. The objective of the event is to address the social, environmental and economic challenges for European manufacturing and establish a dialogue with scientists, decision makers and opinion leaders on the contribution which research can bring to transforming European industry from being resource-intensive to knowledge-intensive. During the event, project officers will present the new calls launched on 20 July 2010 under the Nanosciences, Nanotechnologies, Materials and new Production Technologies (NMP) theme of the Seventh Framework Programme. Attendees will also have the opportunity to network, present their ideas and find potential research partners. In addition, an exhibition will showcase the latest trends and developments in the domain of industrial technologies and visits will be organised to innovative local companies.
