Info days for Culture Programmes on 2009
Culture Infodays 2009 - Barcelona on May 15 - Vilnius on May 29 - Brussels on June 11 Three locations, to make it easier to attend the one closest to your home and with your preferred languages, but a single agenda, brought to you by the European Commission (Directorate-General Education and Culture) and the Education, Audiovisual & Culture Executive Agency, which manages most strands of the Culture Programme. Each of these days aims to inform on the programme's priorities and what's new in 2009. Whether you are a newcomer, or experienced in working on EU funded culture projects, the Infodays will provide targeted practical advice on the preparation and submission of applications (administrative and financial aspects) and on the management of grants. You will be able to come into direct contact with the key players of the Culture Programme from the European Commission, the Executive Agency and the Cultural Contact Points (CCPs), as well as interact with other stakeholders of the programme. At the heart of the Culture Infodays 2009: in addition to a detailed presentation of the funding opportunities, special attractions this year include: - On-going projects sharing their experiences - A helpdesk for newcomers - More time for your Questions and Answers - Dedicated Partner Search Services (before, during and after the infodays) - Live web streaming (for those who can't attend the events) In Brussels, you will be welcomed in Charlemagne building, at the heart of the European area. 170 rue de la Loi B-1000 Brussels Nearest Metro station “Schuman” In Barcelona and Vilnius the exact venues are still to be confirmed.
