Information and networking in Socio-economic Sciences and Humanities

Information day and networking in the field of SSH, organized September 21, 2010 in Istanbul, on the theme of International Relations of the EU and the fight against poverty. The partners of the coordination action NET4SOCIETY organize in cooperation with the European Commission an information day and networking on these two major research fields. The international relations of the EU and the fight against poverty (SSH Goes Global: U.S. International Relationships & Combating Poverty), on: September 21, 2010 in Istanbul (Turkey) The objective of this symposium is twofold: * Encourage the development of consortia involving researchers and stakeholders (civil society organizations, SMEs ...) which are potential partners or coordinators of projects. Bilateral talks will take place between people whose profile has been previously selected by the members of NET4SOCIETY (2nd part of the day) * Inform participants about the call for proposals in Socio-economic Sciences and Humanities 2011 (the first part of day).
