The Role Of Social Partners In Creating Conducive Conditions For The Mobility Of Employees Within Ma
Our objective is to discuss with the participation of the social actors the opportunities but also the hindrances of the development of transnational mobility of workers within large European companies. Therefore, the conference will take advantage of practical examples as to how transnational mobility in companies in the context of a European social dialogue is organised. Following issues will be discussed primarily: How do companies manage transnational mobility of their employees? What difficulties are they confronted with? What are the solutions? which social dialogue are they developing? To what extent could the European sectoral social dialogue be a contribution? Finally, how best to secure, facilitate and promote mobility for stakeholders? Infos
