An information session on the Call for proposals aiming at at enhancing the contribution of Civil Society Organisations(CSOs) to the social, economic and political development of Montenegro will be held at 11 am at the Delegation.

IPA - INSTRUMENT FOR PRE-ACCESSION ASSISTANCE
Assistance to the Candidate countries to support their progressive compliance with EU rules and policies, including the acquis communautaire if necessary, in preparation for their accession
IPA - 1.1 STRENGHTENING OF CIVIL SOCIETY DIALOGUE
Support Programme for the promotion of civil society dialogue in Candidate Countries to European accession.
