The future ALFA programme depends on the conclusions and recommendations of the current global evaluation of ALFA in 2006. The regional strategy of EU-LA co-operation should be defined in DG External Relations (RELEX) Programmation document 2007-2013. Phase III covers 2008/2012 period.
