Initiative is launched in 2005 aiming at training the professionals in the areas of food law, feed law, animal health and animal welfare rules, as well as plant health rules. The programme should implement the Regulation (EC) No 882/2004 on official food and feed controls which sets down strict control requirements.

Trainings are prepared and organized by bodies selected through calls for tenders (award of contracts worth up to 137 000 euro). Training may take place in the EU and beyond. Applications must be submitted at the National Contact Points. ... More details
