The High Growth and Innovative SME Facility (GIF) is operated by the European Investment Fund (EIF) on behalf of the Commission. This sheet explains the implementation of this instrument to access finance for start-ups and SMES, it falls within the framework of CIP - 1 ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND INNOVATION (EIP).
