The SME Guarantee (SMEG) Facility is operated by the European Investment Fund (EIF) on behalf of the Commission. This sheet explains the implementation of this SMEG instrument to the financial intermediaries, it falls within the framework of CIP - 1 ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND INNOVATION (EIP).
