This fund is a framework programme, organised in different strands (sub-programmes)

?A framework programme is an umbrella structure intended to serve various funding schemes (strands / sub-programmes). Each strand includes specific themes and funding rules.

Grants for projets aiming to promote an economical, cultural and social development of the African, Caribean, Pacific and oversees countries, to strengthen peace and security and to promote a stable and democratic political environment.

Does my project meet the priority requirements of this fund?

This programme is the second revision of the Cotonou Agreement and it is the follow-up of the EDF 10th (2008-2013). Most changes compared to the 10th EDF are financial ones.

EDF is covered by its own financial rules and managed by a specific committee.
