This fund is a framework programme, organised in different strands (sub-programmes)

The ENPI regulation is established to provide assistance to the neighbouring countries of the EU through enhanced cooperation and dialogue. It succeeds to the former geographical instruments and thematic programmes as TACIS and MEDA.
