What are the different steps ?
The Commission is in charge of transforming each Member States' initiative into a formal proposal of Article 185 to the Council and Parliament who then decide through the co-decision process. The recipient of the EU funding in each Article 185 initiative is a Dedicated Implementation Structure (DIS). ... More details
