This thematic programme succeeds to the budget lines "AIDS, malaria, tuberculosis" Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights", Gender equality". The thematic programme will be defined within the DCI Development Co-operation Instrument and ENPI setting out the policy objectives and the funding headings for the programme.
