Action 5 is the follow-up of the former YOUTH programme 2000-2006. Youth exchange brings together groups of young people aged from 15 to 30 from different backgrounds from two or more countries, providing them with an opportunity to discuss and confront various themes, whilst learning about each other’s countries and cultures.
