Why have transnational partners networks?
The creation of partners network is an increasingly important element in the mouting of European projects. We consider a « transnational network» as an organisational method which improves the functioning of all kinds of organisations known as transnational projects, transnational partnerships? A network associates partners (whatever their nature) from different countries pursuing a common objective or more. None of the partners has any line authority on the others.A network is a tool particularly adapted to project implementation at European level and to long term sustainable projects. Multicultural partner networks perfectly reflect the advantages and constraints of the European integration. to networks.
