The EU-Japan Centre will cover costs relating to tuition, travel costs for visits, interpretation, etc. The participant’s employer must cover travel costs to/from Japan, accommodation and any other costs not covered directly by the EU-Japan Centre.

Accomodation and all costs directly related to the programme (language courses, conferences, seminars and group study trips) will be covered by the Centre. Subsistence and Travel costs to/from Japan are covered by the participant's company.

The hosting company will pay 6 000 euro (tax excluded) to the EU-Japan Centre. The trainee will be paid directly by the EU-Japan Centre.

Up to 50% or 60% of the cost of actions. From €10 000 to 80 000 for individual projects, from 70 000 to 190 000 euro for slate funding.
