Long-term loans, up to 50% of the projects costs. Individual loans (direct financing) are made directly to private or public sector promoters of projects where the investment cost exceeds 20-25 million euro.

The EU Prize for contemporary architecture and the Special Mention for an Emerging Architect are awarded every two years

50 000 euro for the EU prize for contemporary architecture/Mies van der Rohe award and 10 000 euro for the special commendation for young architects. The winning project should be published in several media (press, radio, TV, travelling exhibitions).

Competition for the promotion an improvement of urban public space

The winners will receive a commemorative plaque expected to be installed in the public space. Prize-winners will also receive diploma attesting to the award.
