This program contributes to facilitate the participation of NSAs and LA to the policy making process and foster their capacity to provide basic services to the population.
The thematic programme “Non-State Actors and Local Authorities in Development” is an “actor-oriented” programme aiming at strengthening the capacity of civil society organisations and local authorities as a pre-condition for a more equitable, open and democratic society through support to these actors' “own initiatives”.
