This call for proposals is the operational implementation of the Support programme for agroforestery around Antananarivo (ASA programme) which is financed under the tenth European Development Fund (EDF). The ASA programme aims at improving the income of producers around Antanarivo and the access of population to reliable markets of agricultural products and fuelwood. The ASA programme shall help bridge the chronic gap between supply and urban demand for some gardening products, for traditional poultry, fish, fuelwood, fresh milk and contribute to curb the resulting inflation in retail prices.
