Grants allowing Croatian legal organisations to benefit from and to participate in European Community programmes.
According to the rule of maximum amount and rate defined in each Community programme. A maximum of 10% of IPA National Programme will be used to co-finance participation to Community programmes.

Thematic funding instrument for external aid to support projects that promote democracy and human rights worldwide.
Co-financing rate of transnational projects is maximum 95% of the total eligible project costs.

Grants for exchange projects for customs officers and the modernisation of information and communication services
The programme covers travel and living expenses of the exchange programmes and the cost of acquisition, development, installation of information exchange systems, and expenses relating the activities

2011-2013 budget :
179 million euro
Thematic programme for external aid and development in order to better manage the migratory flows with a view to reducing the migratory pressure on the EU.
Co-financing rate cannot exceed 90% en 2012

517 million euro.
Thematic programme for external cooperation to promote Environmental and Sustainable Management in the world and especially in developing countries
Cofinancing rates is defined in the annual work programme.
Sectors : Agriculture Fisheries, Local development, Energy, Environment, Industry, Coop Development.
Average annual budget :
241 million euro
Thematic programme for external aid and development that finances projects in the field of food security
Maximum 90% of the eligible costs.

Operating Grants to cover costs of the workprogrammes of bodies active at European level in the field of culture (European cultural networks)
Maximum 80% of the eligible project costs, more details are usually written in the call text.

Financing through service contracts for analysis, collection and dissemination of information in the field of cultural cooperation
Co-financing will be granted for a period from 12 up to 24 months and cannot exceed 50% of total eligible costs.

Training programme for controlling authorities on EU legislation in the field of food, feed, animal health and welfare and plant health
Transport and accommodation costs as well as meals are financed by the European Commission
