Maximum 35% of long-term capital (from 5 up to 250 million euro). Exceptions possible on case by case basis).

Loans and risk capital for mainly big industrial and infrastructure projects in the Mediterranean partner countries.

Long-term loans, up to 50% of the projects costs. Individual loans (direct financing) are made directly to private or public sector promoters of projects where the investment cost exceeds 20-25 million euro.
