The air pollution in the UE trade from decades ago .Since 1970, subject specialists try to find solutions to this topical problem. Various measures had been taken in order to ensure the improvement of the air quality like the control of the discharges of dangerous materials into the atmosphere and the improvements of fuel quality.These measures have just contribute to reduce the effects of the anthropogenic activities (the combustion of fuels and the Increased of the traffic in road infrastructure), the main reasons of lung diseases, as asthma and premature death in EU every year.

The European Commission published the first part of its call for proposals for FCH Joint Undertaking (Fuel Cells and Hydrogen) entitled FCH JU 2013 part1, that is made in the EU FP7 programme. It’s not the first initiative of the EU which had already included this programme since 1986 in the energy sector and in hydrogen technology.

Which was launched on January 2013 and financed by the EU. Garnered previously the support of the European Parliament.Because it falls within the" Culture Programme: cultural diversity and cultural heritage". so it contribute to facilitate the access of this programme to the digital technologies.

The preparatory action concerning the integration of culture in EU External Relations which was passed by the european parliament.Was the subject of the consortium chaired by the Goethe Institut with the presence of the following members: the British Council, the Danish Cultural Institute, the European Cultural Foundation, Institut Français, Institut fur Auslandsbeziehungen (IFA), KEA European Affairs and the Center for Fine Arts (Bozar). It aims at enhancing the rule of culture in EU External Relations, and the implementation of the recommendations by mid-January 2014.

The 13th European Forum on Eco-Innovation which held in Lisbon in Portugal on 26 and 27 November 2012, treat the water eco-innovation. It’s connected to the control strategy against the supply impending problems. According to the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development, Almost half the world population (47%) will be living under severe water stress by 2030. If there will not be the necessary resolutions to put an end to the severe shortages already existing.
