Bosnia and Herzegovina joins Eurimages
With retroactive effect from 1 January 2005, Bosnia and Herzegovina has become the thirty-second country to join Eurimages, the European support fund for the co-production and distribution of creative cinematographic and audiovisual works. As of this year, any proposed Bosnian and Herzegovinian co-production is eligible for funding, and can benefit from the Eurimages support scheme for distribution and cinemas.
Since 1 January 2005, EURIMAGES comprises 32 member States: Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia and Montenegro, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, “the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia”, Turkey
