Erasmus Networks and Erasmus Accompanying Measures: new deadline

Extension of the submission deadline to 16 March 2009Applicants preparing applications with large volume of data may meet difficulties
in different stages of the elaboration or submission of their eForm applications
for the Erasmus Networks and Erasmus Accompanying Measures.

Consequently, the deadline for the submission of applications to Erasmus
Networks and Erasmus Accompanying Measures has been extended to 16 March 2009.


Applications can be submitted in paper version using one of the following
alternatives:
• Word version application form, available upon request at the EACEA-ERANETWORKS@
ec.europa.eu or EACEA-ERA-ACCOMPANYING@ec.europa.eu,
or
• A print out of the eForm pdf version duly completed.
In both cases, a complete “paper” Application Package (including Part 1, 2, 3, 4,
optionally 5) must be sent securely packaged, by the deadline of 16 March
2009, as follows:
- one original Application Package marked "ORIGINAL" and bearing the
original signature of the legal representative of the applicant organisation;
- three copies of the original marked "COPY".

In addition, one identical electronic version of the Application Package (Part 1, 2,
3, 4, optionally 5) should be sent by e-mail to EACEA-ERANETWORKS@
ec.europa.eu or EACEA-ERA-ACCOMPANYING@ec.europa.eu
respectively, by the deadline of 16 March 2009.
Please note: The paper version, carrying the signature of the legal
representative of the Applicant Organisation is considered the official application.
The electronic version, to be sent by e-mail, is considered a back-up copy. A
submission made by e-mail only will not be considered eligible.
