Nicolas Sarkozy defends his “ simplified treaty” in Brussels
After having met in Berlin, Angela Merkel, and at the Elysée the President of the European Parliament Hans-Gert Pöttering, Nicolas Sarkozy was in Brussels the 23th of May in order to meet the Belgian Prime Minister, and then the President of the European Commission, José manuel Barroso. It was the first official visit to Brussels of the French President.ARTICLE AVAILABLE ONLY IN FRENCH
