European grant 
Grants for development, modernisation and innovation projects in higher education
Maximum 150 000 euro per year (300 000 euro for modernisation of higher Education projects), maximum co-financing rate 75%.
Individual mobility grants for students and teachers
Funding intended to help universities cover the costs of such organisational tasks is additional to the individual mobility grants. Amounts of mobility grants vary according to the host country.
Grants for the creation of thematic networks for improving and updating a specific aspect of the organisation, managment, governance or funding in higher education
Maximum 200 000 euro per year, maximum co-financing rate 75%. Support is given for maximum 3 years.
Grants for the enhancement of quality in higher education and the promotion of intercultural understanding through co-operation with third countries
From 24 000 euro for one year, to 48 000 euro for two-year.
Grants for students and teachers mobility projects, for networks and partnerships in the field of higher education
The maximum amount depends on the type of support awarded: individual mobility grants, multilateral projects, networks.
