KYIV INITIATIVE
Regional programme to assist 5 Caucasus Countries in developing culture and cultural heritage policies. The Kyiv Initiative was brought into life in September 2005 at the 5th Ministerial Colloquy of the STAGE project. It follows on the programme STAGE (Support for Transition in the Arts and Culture in Greater Europe). Interested organisations should first contact their national Ministeries of Culture.
