46 million euro in humanitarian aid and 60 million euro in development aid have been allocated by the European Commission to the populations affected by the crises in Sudan. 

Text:

Some 4.8 million Sudanese are currently in need of emergency assistance. The 46 million euro of package will help meet the most urgent humanitarian needs in the areas of food, nutrition, health, protection, housing, education, water and sanitation.
The 60 million euro for development assistance will be carried through the EU’s Emergency Trust Fund for Africa to help displaced people, migrants and host communities . This aid will make it possible to implement pilot projects in this framework associating humanitarian aid and development.
