Priorities and funded actions:

Objectives
* Provide support to the adoption of compliant eInvoicing solutions by public and private entities, which will facilitate the implementation of the European standard on electronic invoicing (EN) and the set of ancillary standardisation deliverables

Priorities
* Uptake of eInvoicing solutions compliant with the EN and its ancillary deliverables by public authorities (central, regional, and local) in the countries lagging behind in terms of eInvoicing maturity; 
* Update of existing eInvoicing solutions (provided by the public and/or private providers) to achieve compliance with the EN and its ancillary deliverables;
* Implement innovative solutions that allow advanced eInvoicing/eProcurement functionalities using the EN to be achieved

Among financed actions
* Deploy Access Point(s) (AP);
* Deploy Service Metadata Publisher(s) (SMP);
* Upgrade data exchange solutions (such as Commercial Off-the-Shelf – COTS, Open-Source Software – OSS, and other) to support and duly comply with the CEF eDelivery standards, e.g. adding or configuring functionality to the data exchange solution to support the CEF eDelivery standards (encryption algorithm, four-corner model support, support of dynamic discovery, etc.). This activity may include interoperability testing with other vendors;
* Innovative solutions, integrating eInvoicing in the e-procurement chain or favouring real time eInvoicing/reporting/payment

* This is an open call for proposals 

* Initial duration of the project: 12 months

* Eligibility
– Be a legal person;
– Be: a public sector body from a Member State of the CEF programme;
– A consortium composed of at least 2 organisations, based in one or more EU Member States and/or EEA countries participating in the CEF Telecom programme, must be established;

– With the agreement of the Member State(s) or EEA countr(y)ies concerned, International organisations, Joint Undertakings, or public or private undertakings or bodies established in the Member States are eligible;

– The following entities are only eligible as co-applicants: public bodies and entities established in third countries to the CEF programme (including the Accessing States and candidate countries)
