The global objective of this call for proposals is to promote the development of the private sector in Central Asia, with special emphasis on encouraging the growth and expansion of SMEs.
Priorities and funded actions:
– to reinforce the role and the competences of Central Asian, specifically with regard to their capacity to support and offer services to SMEs and to influence policies in their favour, in order to increase SMEs competitiveness on domestic and international markets.
Lot 1 : Increased capacity of Business Intermediary Organisation to assist local SMEs and to promote better policies in their favour;
Lot 2 : Increased competitiveness of SMEs on the internal and foreign markets

-master classes for the staff (management, internationalization, business start-ups, access to finance, etc)
-workshops on issues required for accessing the European marketplace
-exchange of best practices
