The aim of this call is to establish a framework partnership between the Commission and Copernicus Participating States to fund actions that will increase the use of Copernicus data and information (user uptake) and spur the development of a downstream market commercially able to exploit Copernicus data and information (business solutions and innovative applications).
Priorities and funded actions:
– Increase socio-economic benefits by promoting the use of Earth observation in applications and services;
– Foster the development of a competitive European space and services industry and maximising opportunities for European enterprises to develop and provide innovative Earth observation systems and services;
– Increase demand for Copernicus data and Copernicus information and the number of downstream services, as well as the widening of distribution across the Copernicus States
