Priorities and funded actions:

Objectives
* To enhance Chinese CSO’s capacities to contribute to governance and development process in China through capacity building, networking, advocacy and research;
* To increase NGO capacities to strengthen women’s participation in decision-making;
* To increase NGO capacities to empower People with disabilities and to better integrate them in society;
* To increase the participation of CSOs in tackling climate change and mitigating its adverse effects

Priorities
* To promote policy dialogue on gender equality, human and women’s rights
* To promote women and girls’ role as agents of development and change:
– To promote their economic and social rights and empowerment;
– To strengthen their voice and participation in social, economic, political and civic life;
– To ensure their physical and psychological integrity;
– To promote women’s equal access to resources, productive employment, decent work, equal pay and financial services;
* To involve men and boys’ associations, women’s organisations, youth organisations, and media in the transformative process of engendering social change, in particular by challenging stereotypes;
* To promote policy dialogue on issues, policies and programmes affecting people with disabilities;
* To strengthen CSOs focusing on people with disability to deliver social services and promoting social policy dialogue in partnership with local authorities;
* To monitor, advocating for and piloting more effective and inclusive social-economic policies for people with disabilities;
* To promote CSO capacities to raise awareness and advocate on climate change and environmental protection issues;
* To help to build capacity to mainstream climate change, disaster risk reduction and environmental sustainability and the pursuit of green growth into national and local development strategies;
* To make better use of science, technology and innovation to promote climate action and environmental sustainability

Among financed actions
* Activities proposing and testing social policy innovations and improving the responsiveness of social policies to populations’ needs;
* Cohesion building among stakeholders, for example through dialogue platforms, focus group, set up of networks etc.;
* Advocacy, promotion and raise awareness activities through conferences, seminars, workshops, media announcements and programmes, etc;
* Innovative and sustainable capacity building and training for Civil Society Organizations;
* Monitoring, reporting and research on issues related to the main priorities of this call;
* Disseminate European experience on issues related to the main priorities of this call
