Priorities and funded actions:

Objectives
* Enhancing CSO’s capacities to contribute to governance and development process in Mongolia through capacity building, networking, advocacy and research

Priorities
* To increase NGO capacities to strengthen women’s participation in decision-making:
– To promote policy dialogue on gender equality, human and women’s rights, involving Mongolian institutions such as the Parliament, the National Human Rights Commission and the National Committee on Gender Equality;
– To promote women and girls’ role as agents of development and change;
– To involve men and boys’ associations, women’s organisations, youth organisations, and media in the transformative process of engendering social change, in particular by challenging stereotypes, and patriarchal attitudes in the family and in society
* To increase NGO capacities to empower the youth and to better integrate them in society:
– To promote policy dialogue on youth with a particular focus on employment and social policies;
– To monitor, advocating and piloting more effective and inclusive youth employment strategies, making it easier for youth to become self-employed or start a business, and decent work opportunities;
– To strengthen  the rights of young people and their empowerment and involvement in public affairs, including by promoting their participation in local economies, societies and decision-making, notably through youth organisations

Among financed actions
* Activities proposing and testing social policy innovations and improving the responsiveness of social policies to populations’ needs;
* Cohesion building among stakeholders, for example through dialogue platforms, focus group, set up of networks etc.;
* Advocacy, promotion and raise awareness activities through conferences, seminars, workshops, media announcements and programmes, etc;
* Innovative and sustainable capacity building and training for Civil Society Organizations; Monitoring and reporting on issues related to the main priorities of this call;
