Objectives
* Enhance the capacity of Thai CSOs to contribute to governance and development process in Thailand, with a view to contributing to the attainment of sustainable development goals (SDGs);
* Increase capacity and establish an enabling environment for Thai CSOs to address issues of poverty and inequality associated to the key dimensions of sustainable development (social, environmental and economic(

Priorities
* Empowering CSOs to promote gender equality in policy-making and implementation (e.g. monitoring);
* Enhancing voice of youth to better engage in social, economic and environmental policy making and implementation;
* Increasing civil society’s participation in climate change and environmental policy making and implementation;
* Improving access to quality and affordable State services (e.g. health, education, social welfare, social protection) for marginalised populations (including in the Deep South);
* Reinforcing civil society participation in existing peace processes and social cohesion initiatives in the Deep South 

Among financed actions
* Promoting good governance, transparency, and accountability as well as actions promoting participation in decision-making processes;
* Strengthening policy dialogue on gender equality, human and women’s rights to empower women and girls;
* Capacity building and training for women’s organisations and CSOs working on gender equality;
* Enabling the transition to a climate-resilient, low-emissions, circular economy through i.a. resource efficiency and sustainable consumption and production, including the sustainable management of chemicals and waste;
* Building capacities of Thai CSOs/non- governmental organisations (NGOs) to engage in trilateral cooperation with other CSOs/NGOs and EU CSOs/NGOs
