The global objective of this Call for Proposals is to enhance CSOs contributions to governance and development processes.

Priorities and funded actions:

Objectives
– To support CSOs initiatives aiming at empowering citizens and improving the livelihoods of populations in need, particularly disadvantaged groups
– To support also CSOs initiatives aiming to support territorial development to foster local development and social cohesion

Priorités
– Priority 1:
– To support actions aiming at strengthening and empowering CSOs  
– To promote the role of Civil Society in development processes through community mobilisation, active participation, networking, policy dialogue at local and national level and the establishment of Local Authority – Civil Society partnerships
– Priority 2:
– To support socio-economic initiatives aimed at wealth and job creation, targeting populations with limited opportunities for social and economic empowerment with a particular focus on rural and remote areas and especially areas prone to migration 
– Priority 3:
– Pilot actions supporting the mobilisation and promotion of local development and social cohesion through a territorial multi-stakeholder approach for achieving inclusive, sustainable development in specific territories
