Priorities and funded actions:

Objectives 
*LOT 1: Civil Society Organizations
– SO 1: To promote actions to facilitate access to productive resources and improve economic security for the poor, through access to and sustainable use of productive resources, promotion of a green and resilient economy, empowerment and citizen participation;
– SO 2: To strengthen the role and capacity of CSOs at the local level in their role as development actors; 

* LOT 2: Local authorities
– SO 1: To build the capacity of local authorities to design and implement inclusive local policies and strategies related to sustainable development, climate change and poverty reduction; 
– SO 2: To support local authorities’ efforts to reduce poverty through inclusive strategies and actions for access to productive resources through the sustainable use of local resources, targeting populations living in poverty; 
– SO 3: To build capacity and implement actions to mitigate climate change and/or manage its effects

Priorities
– To aim at both poverty reduction and climate/environment;
– To foster collaboration between civil society and local authorities;
– To base actions on a rights-based approach, targeting particularly vulnerable populations such as women, youth, persons with disabilities and indigenous peoples

Among financed actions 
*LOT 1: 
– SO 1: Activities that promote the creation of productive subsistence activities and the marketing of surpluses among populations in conditions of high poverty and vulnerability;
– SO 2: Activities to improve CSO governance and accountability;

* LOT 2:
– SO 1: Activities that encourage the use and improvement of the mechanisms of the various instruments of citizen participation that exist in Honduras, with the contribution of civil society in the definition of municipal policies, participatory planning initiatives or participation in municipal working commissions;
– SO 2: Activities that promote the elimination of barriers to access to productive resources, taking into account the sustainability of the use of these resources;
– SO 3 : Climate change prevention activities and/or measures to better manage their consequences
