Priorities and funded actions:

Objectives
– Select, monitor and coordinate a portfolio of social development and inclusive and sustainable growth projects promoted and implemented by organised local groups (first and/or second level organisations);
– Train and strengthen local authorities in terms of organisation, representation, management, communication, production of evidence and dialogue on public policies;
– Promote dialogue, co-responsibility mechanisms, innovative partnerships and synergies between organised local authorities, public and private actors and EU-funded programmes and projects for more effective monitoring of local economic and social development projects and policies

Priorities
– Actions with a gender approach based on equal rights and equal opportunities (women’s participation and economic empowerment);
– Strategic and sustainable local investments, able to use the potential of local resources, generating income and accompanied by agreements or formalised local partnerships (for example between a local community and a local authority);
– Actions that promote collaboration and co-responsibility between multiple actors belonging to a territory and that support mechanisms of solidarity and complementarity between urban and rural areas, between different agricultural territories and/or cultures, between municipalities, etc…;
– Actions that promote participation and the civic culture of the common good

Among the fiannced actions 
– Support for solidarity economy initiatives;
– Support for small producer groups, cooperatives and local productive organizations;
– Support for initiatives that facilitate indigenous peoples’ access to existing forms of cooperative organization or cooperatives
