Objectives
* Strengthen the capacity of workers’ organisations to address, at EU/transnational level, challenges related to changes in employment and work and social dialogue

Priorities
* Contribute to the priorities and activities of European social dialogue;
* Strengthen the involvement of social partners in the European Semester and enhancing their contribution to EU policy-making;
* Address the employment, social and economic challenges as identified in the European Pillar of Social Rights

* This call for proposals is an open call for proposals

* Initial duration of the project: between 12 and 24months

* Eligibility
– Be a legal person or social partner organisations without legal personality, provided that the legal representative is able to certify his/her capacity to undertake legal obligations on behalf of the organisation;
– Be: a social partner organisation representing workers at European level;
– Be established in the European Membre States;

– The applicant may act individually or with co-applicants;
– The following entities are only eligible as co-applicants, associate organisations or affiliated entities: organisatiibs established in a candidate country (Albania, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Turkey);

– A consortium composed of at least two entities may be established; 
– If the lead applicant of a consortium is not a social partner organisation at European-level, it must be in consortium with at least one organisation from a different eligible country to that of the lead applicant and a European-level social partner organisation;

– Actions must take place in the Member States of the European Union or the Candidate Countries
