Priorities and funded actions:

Objectives 
* Consolidate the individual and collective capacities of CSOs to increase participation in the implementation of public development policies and strengthen opportunities and conditions for consultation and a more structured dialogue between public authorities and civil society in the formulation and implementation of public policies, as well as among different CSOs, between CSOs and technical and financial partners;
* Ensure that the effectiveness and credibility of CSOs are strengthened by taking into account their diversity;
* Ensure that collective dynamics within civil society are strengthened;
* Ensure that consultation and dialogue between governments and civil society is improved and effective

Priorities
* Support Niger’s CSOs in their professionalisation desire for greater effectiveness and credibility;
* Collaboration between CSOs and research institutes, specialized in economic and social development issues;
* Structural capacity building is fundamental for ridges that already have a recognized organizational base but lack strength given the fragility of the links between the national and local levels;
* Capacity building of CSOs;
* Networking;
* Advocacy;
* Consultation/Dialogue Public Authorities/Civil Society/TFP

* Increased knowledge of the context and the issue (studies on the local context, report restitution, publishing);
* Technical and organizational capacity building;
* Awareness, information, training, empowerment;
* Research-action/advocacy and sectoral dialogue frameworks;
* The implementation of digital platforms;
* Promotion of citizen participation in local communities;
* Forums and Conferences;
* Final evaluation and capitalization

Additional information
* This is a restricted call for proposals. At first, only the short notes will be evaluated * Initial project duration: between 22 and 24 months * Eligibility
– Be a legal person;
– Be non-profit-making;
– Belong to one of the following categories: Non-governmental organization, Development Association;
– Be registered under the legislation in force in Niger, for at least 3 years; – A minimum of 1 co-applicant and a maximum of 3 co-applicants are required; – The co-applicant may be a national or international NGO duly registered in Niger according to the legislation in force; – Actions must be carried out in Niger
